The decade ahead is not like the one behind us. The cultural ground has shifted. And yet — the harvest is plentiful, and God still works through local churches. Churches plant churches, not organizations or institutions.
One Movement exists to plant 1,000 healthy stateside churches by 2030 by mobilizing a coalition of pastors, churches, and state representatives around a shared, repeatable pathway: Identify, Prepare, Plant, Multiply.
This is not a network you join. It is a commitment you make — to find the leaders God is calling, prepare them with rigor, plant them with intention, and multiply through every new community.

What we will not negotiate.
When a decision is unclear, ask whether it strengthens local churches, honors pastoral leadership, uses state relationships wisely, receives national support appropriately, and protects planter health.
Local Church Driven
The primary responsibility for identifying and sending leaders remains with churches. Do not outsource calling or character formation.
Pastor Led
Build around shepherds, not platforms. The pastor owns the pathway inside the local church.
State Facilitated
Keep implementation close to relational trust. State reps facilitate, connect, and coach.
Nationally Supported
Support the field without replacing it. National resources serve local decisions.

Assessment is not a barrier to multiplication. It is one of the ways we love planters, sending churches, and future congregations.

Measure quality, not only quantity. A thousand unhealthy churches would not honor Christ.

Disciples, leaders, churches, generosity, coaching, and sending should reproduce. Build reproduction into every stage.

- No. One Movement is a Fellowship-wide identity and strategic framework, not a separate organization competing for loyalty.
- What does my church actually commit to?
- A four-year posture: identify a candidate, walk the Blueprint, and give $1,000 toward the assessment and giving pathway before public communication.
- How is success measured?
- Both leading indicators (leaders identified, residents in preparation, prayer commitments) and lagging indicators (plants launched, baptisms, sending churches). Health remains central.
