One movement.
One thousand churches.
A coordinated, Spirit-led effort to saturate the nation with healthy, multiplying churches by 2030 — built on a shared pathway and the conviction that the local church is the hope of the world.
"We will not be remembered for the buildings we built, but for the leaders we sent."
The decade ahead is not like the one behind us. The cultural ground has shifted. The assumptions of inherited Christianity have given way to a generation that has never been inside a church. And yet — the harvest is plentiful.
One Movement exists to plant 1,000 churches by 2030 by mobilizing a coalition of pastors, churches, and state representatives around a shared, repeatable pathway: Identify, Prepare, Plant, Multiply.
This is not a network you join. It is a commitment you make — to find the leaders God is calling, prepare them with rigor, plant them with intention, and multiply through every new community.

What we will not negotiate.
The Local Church
The local church is God's primary plan to make Him known.
The Gospel
Christ crucified and risen is the center of every plant we send.
The Sent Leader
Movement starts with leaders God has already called.
The Multiplication
Every plant is a planter — receiver becomes sender.
The Spirit
We will not manufacture what only the Spirit can produce.
Three questions. Three answers.
Why should I join?
Decline is reversible. Pastors who reproduce themselves — not just manage their churches — broaden our mission footprint and inspire the next generation of ministers. The vision is bold because the moment demands it.
How do I start?
Start with one decision: will your church plant from your church in the next four years? If yes, the pathways are already built for you.
Walk the pathways →What's my next step?
Sign the four-year, $1,000 commitment. That single step puts you in a cohort with a state rep and a sending-church advocate.
Make the commitment →Will your church
join the movement?
We are looking for 1,000 partner churches to commit to identifying, preparing, planting, and multiplying. The next church begins with yours.
