The Strategy

Four pathways.
One movement.

Every church in the One Movement walks the same path. Together the four pathways form a multiplication engine — repeated, refined, and reproduced in city after city.

Identify
PATHWAY /01

Identify

Find & discern faithful leaders.

Recognize the calling and gifting in potential planters within your congregation. Discernment is the first act of multiplication.

  1. 01Cultivate a culture of calling within the local church.
  2. 02Use the Movement Assessment to discern apostolic gifting.
  3. 03Convene candidate conversations with state reps.
  4. 04Match candidates with sending churches.
Prepare
PATHWAY /02

Prepare

Train, equip & build teams.

Equip planters through intensive residencies, theological depth, assessment, and field-tested coaching before launch.

  1. 01Enroll in a 9-month planter residency with a mother church.
  2. 02Complete theological, character, and competency formation.
  3. 03Build the core team and refine the launch hypothesis.
  4. 04Pass field assessment with regional planting council.
Plant
PATHWAY /03

Plant

Incubate, launch & establish.

Launch new, gospel-centered congregations with strategic funding, on-the-ground support, and city engagement.

  1. 01Establish leadership, governance, and a missional rhythm.
  2. 02Launch public gatherings with a 90-day saturation plan.
  3. 03Engage the city through tangible, ongoing ministry.
  4. 04Reach financial and discipleship sustainability by month 24.
Multiply
PATHWAY /04

Multiply

Develop leaders & plant again.

Move every new church from receiver to sender. A planted church becomes a planting church — this is how 1,000 happens.

  1. 01Identify the next planter inside the new congregation.
  2. 02Become a sending church within 36 months of launch.
  3. 03Resource the next plant: people, prayer, dollars, coaching.
  4. 04Repeat. The movement compounds, or it stalls.
Your Three Questions

Three questions. Three answers.

/01

Why should I join?

The pathways are the movement's spine. Every healthy plant in our fellowship walks Identify → Prepare → Plant → Multiply. They keep your church and your candidate from improvising the most important work of the decade.

/02

How do I start?

Begin with Identify: activate your discipleship pathway and name one candidate whose character, calling, and ministry potential you affirm.

/03

What's my next step?

Commit $1,000 and four years. That commitment moves your candidate into APEX assessment and unlocks the Prepare resources.

Begin the commitment

Will your church
